Frank has led the Construction and Commercial practice at CTI Lawyers for 5 years, acting for contractors and subcontractors in countless disputes involving millions of dollars and securing favourable outcomes for his clients, as well as advising and negotiating on innumerable construction projects across Australia.
Before joining the firm, Frank practised at Norton Rose Fulbright in Sydney, acting for major construction players across Australia and working alongside Doyles-listed partners.
Frank began his career in New Zealand at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, where he was part of a construction team ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500, Asia Pacific, working with Construction Hall of Fame and Legal 500 listed practitioners.
