Marko is a senior industrial relations lawyer with over a decade of experience navigating complex employment matters. Marko has advised and represented a range of government agencies and health organisations on enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, legislative compliance, award interpretation, union consultation, workforce change, investigations, and employment litigation. His public sector experience includes advising across large, complex workforces on high-stakes industrial issues including restructures, policy reform, and disputes involving multiple unions.
